What to Expect

All services will be assisted with directing, however, you are to come prepared with scripts, props, etc. required to make a successful video. Of course, we are here to help with ideas and feedback to minimize any complications.

Deposits and Refunds

Certain services will require an initial deposit of 50%. If you wish to cancel or modify your appointment, you must do so 48 hours prior to the appointment to receive a refund on the deposit. If you miss your appointment, you will not receive a refund on the deposit.

Modifications

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.


If you were enrolled in a monthly subscription service, you will be notified of this change prior to your next billing cycle.

Travel

Price may vary depending on location. Any travel time consumed to and from the meeting location will be added to the final price at the discussed rate.
